How to Improve Brain Performance? Biologist Timofey Glinin Will Tell at Biohacking Conference Moscow
Neurostimulators are devices that stimulate the nervous system. Today they are used not only for the treatment of different diseases but also for the advancement of cognitive capabilities. How to “hack” your brain using electric stimulationand why do biohackers need it?
On September 19, Biohacking Conference Moscow will feature Timofey Glinin, the biologist, co-founder, and head of the Brainstorm Neurostimulator project, that will answer this question. He will give a presentation on the topic “Brain biohacking. Brain stimulation”.
Timofey Glinin is an expert in neurobiology and research and technological methods of human advancement and life prolongation.
Together with the team of the Brainstorm Neurostimulator project, he developed the device of the same name that relies on the technology of the transcranial direct current stimulation (TDCS).
The Brainstorm device works as follows: two electrodes are attached to the head. They carry low current discharges that stimulate certain zones of the brain. Authors state that the device allows improving memory, mood, studying faster, concentrating better, and doing sports more productively.
